The municipal sports complex in San Cristóbal de Segovia sits on Calle Los Linares and is the town’s main hub for padel and multi-sport activity. Run by the Ayuntamiento, the site lists a dedicated pista de pádel next to the polideportivo, an outdoor multi-use court, and the covered pavilion used for indoor disciplines. Provincial tournament programmes have scheduled men’s and women’s padel finals across courts 1, 2 and 3 here, which is a clear signal that three playable padel courts form part of the municipal offer. Locals and visiting players use the same campus that also hosts frontón and beach volleyball events, so match days often share the grounds with other sports rather than a standalone club atmosphere. Contact and booking go through municipal channels rather than a private padel brand; the town hall sports pages and the general ayuntamiento inbox are the practical starting points for hire and information.

Facilities

Court use is organised as a municipal public-price service rather than a private membership club. The Ayuntamiento has publicly defended lower charges for people registered (empadronados) in San Cristóbal de Segovia compared with non-residents, so expect resident/non-resident differentiation when you ask for the current padel hire rates. Seasonal use of the pavilion is handled with written applications to the mayor’s office, distinguishing local versus non-local and federated versus non-federated groups. The town also runs Escuelas Deportivas y Deporte Social programmes aimed at participation across ages; those are municipal activity schemes, not a padel club subscription. For casual hire, contact the ayuntamiento sports desk or email ayto@aytosancristobal.com to confirm availability, lighting supplements if any, and the latest published prices before you travel.

What they say below is completely true. As a user of the padel courts, I've seen visitors smoking right at the entrance to the pavilion (where there are signs clearly stating that smoking is not allowed throughout the premises). The smoke enters the courts (and the pavilion, since they often leave the door open). As is customary in the area, if you say something to them, they take it the wrong way... the truth is, it's absurd to allow smoking like this in sports facilities. The most absurd thing was seeing how a mus tournament was organized at the facilities where, as is well known, 90% of the players smoke and drink like Cossacks 😂😂😂. You can imagine the other users who were playing sports or the children in the playground next door while there were more than 200 people smoking like crazy during every break. All this being Segovia City of Sport 2025... the truth is, someone should do something.

A great complex for practicing various sports, with padel courts, a fronton court, an outdoor court, and an indoor synthetic rubber pavilion where the playing conditions are quite good. The changing rooms are well-maintained and there's a bar where you can get refreshments. They also provide heating for the cold winter days.

Both employees and several users smoke in the facilities. In front of the no-smoking signs in a sports facility? It's absurd, and absolutely no one does anything about it.

Nice pavilion. They play music at halftime. The changing rooms are clean and a decent/small size. The pitch isn't slippery. However, the sidelines are too close together. This makes the bench feel cramped, and you're likely to bump into someone while running. The woman who closes up is very rude and doesn't let you shower in peace.

The bar at the sports center is busy, is it possible to go there for a drink?
