Padel Box is an indoor padel club in the Polígono Son Llaüt industrial estate at Santa Maria del Camí on Mallorca, a short drive from Palma and Marratxí. The centre runs seven glass padel courts under cover so play continues in heat or rain, with recent floor renewals that regulars say improve bounce and comfort. The club presents itself as a community hub where beginners and advanced players share the same welcoming atmosphere, with staff organising matches by level when you do not have a full four. A climatised bar and café, sports screens, modern changing rooms and a social lounge make it easy to stay after your session. I wanted to make a reservation but when I looked for the phone I read the opinions. I wanted to give it another chance since the woman at the box also treated me quite unpleasantly. I see from the responses that things haven't changed much... A shame, but I'll go train elsewhere.
The woman who manages these slopes—if you can even call her that—lacks manners, social skills, culture, and kindness. It's a shame that someone like that, with customers passing through daily, doesn't know how to behave and insults a customer when they have a disagreement, something that happens regularly, but it really shows her true character. The slopes are very good, the place is also very nice, and it's spotless. The changing rooms are clean... It's worth mentioning the woman who manages this.
