Great place for playing padel with friends

They're scammers. They have two courts on the street (4 and 5), and at Playtomic they've marked them as "indoor" because there's a curtain on one side, but the other side is open. On top of that, the court is in terrible condition. They have "patches"—planks placed under the grass—in several parts of the court, which means the ball doesn't bounce or if it hits the edge of the board, it bounces to one side. In short, they're scammers and charge indoor prices when it's really just an indoor court.

The most unscrupulous club I've ever been to. Even though the club was empty (no surprise there, given how stingy they are), and we arrived 10 minutes early, they didn't turn on the lights beforehand, unlike 99.99% of other clubs (except them). They waited so long that they were a full minute past our reservation time before finally turning them on. The worst part came when one of us left 5 minutes before our reservation ended and they turned off the lights. I wanted to use the remaining time to hit the ball with my partner, but they're so unscrupulous that they take every opportunity to save half a penny. The owner's service is also appalling, and the courts are in terrible condition. It's incomprehensible how someone can manage a business so badly, with Google reviews full of people complaining about the same thing, and yet they do nothing to fix it.

Honestly, it's not the first time I've played at this club, and I only do it when we have no other choice. But I find it shameful that they charge a "high" court fee (even though it's within the market range, as the owner says) when the courts are in such bad condition. No, you won't get injured, of course not. But the ball doesn't bounce properly, and if you want to charge a fair price, you should also consider the condition of the courts available on the market. It's true that the lights come on a few minutes after we start playing, and as many have said, if you offer a service and charge for it, you should at least agree with or respect that the customer can also complain or demand respectful treatment and have the right to comment on the state of the courts. I'm attaching a photo so you can see it too. You can see the gaps in the court, and if the ball bounces there, well... you know. In short, the price you pay doesn't match what you get. I need to edit my review to clarify and respond to you. I think I mentioned that the price is "high," in quotes (and within the market range), but the courts near me (Pinto, Seseña, Ciempozuelos, Valdemoro, and even some in Getafe) are in better condition or are cheaper. Anyway, we could discuss that. What I won't allow is for you to tell me that I've always gone over my allotted time, especially since other players arrived later that day I wrote the review, and no, I don't usually go over my allotted time on the court. I also know that you've recently renovated some courts. Let's see if you'll keep the price the same or raise it (which I wouldn't mind as long as the court is at least in acceptable condition).

They've deleted my review. We went to play yesterday, Sunday. I have the proof. They spent the entire match crossing our court while we were playing because they wouldn't open the other gate. They stopped the game five times to get through. It's untenable.
