Instalaciones deportivas La Piscina, officially named after Alcalde José Luis Perlado, is Villa del Prado's second main sports hub on Avenida de la Piscina. The Ayuntamiento site describes a municipal complex built around outdoor swimming—two adult pools plus a children's pool—alongside a four-court padel zone where three courts are covered and one stays open air. The same site hosts an outdoor futsal pitch and a bar that reviewers rate for fair prices and decent food. Google lists the venue as Sports facilities Pool, but padel is a fixed part of the offer: municipal tournaments run here and players book through the town hall sports office. The complex sits in Madrid's southwest comarca, a short drive from local villages and commuter routes toward the capital.

Facilities

Padel court hire and municipal sports activities are managed by the Ayuntamiento de Villa del Prado. Bookings and tournament entries go through the town hall sports channels—call +34 918 32 70 42 or use villadelprado.es under Instalaciones deportivas. Published padel court hours split morning and afternoon slots: Monday to Thursday mornings 10:00–13:00; Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings 10:00–14:00; Monday to Friday afternoons 16:00–22:00 with Saturday and Sunday afternoons closed for padel; public holidays 10:00–14:00. Pool timetables follow separate municipal schedules on the same site.

A disgraceful organization and communication. It's LAMENTABLE that I signed up for a padel tournament in this municipality held on Saturday, August 16th, only to be told on August 15th, a holiday Friday, at 1:00 a.m. that I'm on the reserve list. They haven't given a single sign-on since I signed up, having postponed and revoked long weekend plans by an organization that hasn't even bothered to confirm a registration. It's truly lamentable. Now there's no tournament, no long weekend. I hope this review helps you improve something, at least those in charge.

Well, I have to say I think it's perfectly fine to hold sporting tournaments, but they can't go on all night, with the resulting noise and the glare from the floodlights, making it impossible for the neighbors to get any rest. I suppose this will fall on deaf ears... but there's my complaint.

The facilities are quite good, although wheelchairs are difficult for disabled guests. The bar has good prices and the food is decent, bordering on delicious.

How do you think the children's pool is closed over the August long weekend because they're going to paint it all weekend?

The facilities are brand new and well-maintained. It was a pleasure to play there. Other municipalities in the region could certainly take note.
