PadelHaus Fort Dunlop is an outdoor padel club at Fort Dunlop on Fort Parkway, Birmingham B24 9FD — opened around April 2025 inside the iconic mixed-use site. Three professional floodlit courts sit at the flagship PadelHaus venue, with coaching, leagues, socials and competitions aimed at beginners through regulars. On-site kit hire, retail balls, changing/washing facilities, food and drink, free parking and Wi-Fi round out the offer. Play is weather-dependent (uncovered); some Google reviews praise weekly play and customer service on Playtomic issues, while others criticise rain/reschedule policy. Brand also lists Coventry sites as coming soon.

Great customer service. Need help with the playtomic app to swap a player after the session had taken place. You are unable to do this on the app, however Sahil from PadelHaus customer service was able to swiftly resolve this. Also, thanks to Daljit for checking up to make sure it was sorted, even though Sahil resolved it very quickly. Great customer service that you don't see anymore.
Been going weekly with no disappointments, friendly staff really easy to book and lovely premises, of course being weather dependant.

Absolute rubbish concept of having an open roof court in this country. They don’t let you reschedule if it’s raining. Do not book these guys horrible customer service too
