Newlands physiotherapy inside newlands LTC. Blair provided an exceptional experience—professional, friendly, and full of helpful advice. His diagnosis, explanations and pressure relief techniques were spot-on. I sought help for neck pain and left feeling noticeably more mobile and flexible. Highly recommend his top-notch service, with the added bonus of easy parking.
Well maintained and good options available for different sports like tennis , table tennis and squash. Good parking space as well
They have wonderful tennis coaches and indoor tennis courts.
Don’t leave anything there by mistake, it will go into lost property and claim to be given away!
Been a member for nearly a year now. Been made to feel incredibly welcome. Great set up with really good coaches.
