Informazioni
Myland Padel & Gym sits in western Milan, near the border with Settimo Milanese, Cusago, Seguro and Baggio. The club runs under SSD Myland Crossfit and brings padel, CrossFit and a conventional gym together under one roof. Three official indoor padel courts are heated and covered, so you can play year-round without worrying about rain or cold. Courts are booked through Playtomic, which keeps scheduling straightforward whether you want a casual knockabout or a regular weekly slot. The padel section shares the building with a CrossFit box and a bodybuilding area fitted with modern machines. That mix appeals to players who already train nearby, or anyone who wants a workout before or after a match. The website also offers trial lessons if you are new to the sport and want coached introduction before committing to court time.
Servizi
The padel setup centres on three homologated indoor courts with glass walls and metal mesh sides, the standard layout for competitive play in Italy. All three are covered and heated, which matters in Milan winters. Changing rooms sit inside the building, so you are not walking back out in the cold after a sweaty session. Showers run hot, which regulars mention as a genuine plus compared with other padel centres in the area. Beyond the courts, the complex includes a CrossFit-affiliated training zone and a gym with functional and bodybuilding equipment. Court rental goes through Playtomic. The club publishes padel tips and basic rules on its website, useful if you are still learning how wall play and scoring work.
Abbonamento e prenotazione
Court hire is handled entirely via Playtomic, where you can check live availability and book a slot without calling ahead. The club invites newcomers to contact them for a trial lesson, described on the site as a way to get started if you are unsure how padel works. CrossFit and gym memberships appear to run separately from padel bookings, so you can train in the same building even if you only play padel occasionally. WhatsApp contact is listed for general enquiries about the centre. There is no detailed membership tariff on the website itself, so pricing for lessons or recurring court packages is best confirmed directly with the club.

Come arrivare
From the Milan Tangenziale Ovest ring road take the Cusago exit; the club is on the border with Settimo Milanese, Cusago, Seguro and Baggio.
Buono a sapersi
Myland occupies a large industrial-style unit on Via Riccardo Lombardi, reachable from the Tangenziale Ovest via the Cusago exit. First-time visitors sometimes find the entrance tricky to spot, so allow a few extra minutes on your initial visit. Padel and CrossFit share the same open floor plan, which keeps everything under one roof but means weightlifting noise can carry onto the courts during busy gym sessions. Google reviewers praise the staff and the indoor changing setup, though some regular padel players flag the carpet surface and overhead lighting as areas that could be improved. The club is active on Instagram and Facebook if you want to see recent photos or events before booking.

Good courses in a nice setting, good staff availability, excellent teachers. The only downside is that it's not very easy to find the first time. The complex deserves an excellent rating.
Nice pitches inside a building so the changing rooms are always inside without having to go out all sweaty in the cold
I go to the gym early in the morning (7:00 to 8:00) or during my lunch break. I've always had a great time, as it's not very crowded, in fact... Alessandro is always available to give advice or to supervise the exercises. What can I say... a great experience.
A clean sports center with three indoor padel courts and a bodybuilding/CrossFit gym in the same space. Spacious locker rooms and always hot showers (unusual considering I've been to so many padel centers). Friendly and helpful staff. I went to play padel, and the courts have terrible carpet, putting my knees and back at serious risk. The lighting is appalling, to say the least: every high ball you have to pray for because the floodlight shines in your eyes. The ball often goes out and disturbs the Crossfitters doing their exercises. Crossfitters slam tons of weights onto the floor, making you jump every time. In short... not the best for padel.
