Membership & Pricing

Myland Padel & Gym sits in western Milan, near the border with Settimo Milanese, Cusago, Seguro and Baggio. The club runs under SSD Myland Crossfit and brings padel, CrossFit and a conventional gym together under one roof. Three official indoor padel courts are heated and covered, so you can play year-round without worrying about rain or cold. Courts are booked through Playtomic, which keeps scheduling straightforward whether you want a casual knockabout or a regular weekly slot. The padel section shares the building with a CrossFit box and a bodybuilding area fitted with modern machines. That mix appeals to players who already train nearby, or anyone who wants a workout before or after a match. The website also offers trial lessons if you are new to the sport and want coached introduction before committing to court time.

Facilities

Court hire is handled entirely via Playtomic, where you can check live availability and book a slot without calling ahead. The club invites newcomers to contact them for a trial lesson, described on the site as a way to get started if you are unsure how padel works. CrossFit and gym memberships appear to run separately from padel bookings, so you can train in the same building even if you only play padel occasionally. WhatsApp contact is listed for general enquiries about the centre. There is no detailed membership tariff on the website itself, so pricing for lessons or recurring court packages is best confirmed directly with the club.

Good courses in a nice setting, good staff availability, excellent teachers. The only downside is that it's not very easy to find the first time. The complex deserves an excellent rating.

Nice pitches inside a building so the changing rooms are always inside without having to go out all sweaty in the cold

I go to the gym early in the morning (7:00 to 8:00) or during my lunch break. I've always had a great time, as it's not very crowded, in fact... Alessandro is always available to give advice or to supervise the exercises. What can I say... a great experience.

A clean sports center with three indoor padel courts and a bodybuilding/CrossFit gym in the same space. Spacious locker rooms and always hot showers (unusual considering I've been to so many padel centers). Friendly and helpful staff. I went to play padel, and the courts have terrible carpet, putting my knees and back at serious risk. The lighting is appalling, to say the least: every high ball you have to pray for because the floodlight shines in your eyes. The ball often goes out and disturbs the Crossfitters doing their exercises. Crossfitters slam tons of weights onto the floor, making you jump every time. In short... not the best for padel.
