The facility is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with off-peak hours from 8:00AM until 4:00PM on weekdays and peak hours from 4:00PM to 8:00PM on weekdays and all weekends. The venue provides complimentary rackets and new padel balls available at £5 per tube from their on-site coffee shop, or players can bring their own.
