PADELZONE Linz is the chain's flagship indoor club at Julius-Raab-Strasse 6-8 in Linz-St. Magdalena. Players get six modern indoor doubles courts and two singles courts, plus a squash box, table tennis and a multipurpose box for courses. Book via Eversports from 06:00-24:00 daily; weekday daytime doubles start from EUR 28/hour and peak/weekend slots are EUR 40. On site: racket rental machines (card/Apple Pay/Android Pay; many guests bring exact EUR 4 cash as backup), Hellmonseder tennis and padel shop, restaurant for food and drinks, chill-out areas, showers and changing rooms with lockers. I accidentally booked a four-person court for two people. My mistake, but it would be great to be informed on the booking portal how many people are being booked. Initially, we were also a bit confused about the process. Several people who were there for the first time weren't quite sure how everything worked either (showing the booking confirmation, renting rackets and balls, etc.). You have to bring exactly €4 per person to rent a padel racket, as there's no change given and no one to ask for help. Otherwise, it's relatively clean, and you have the option of locking your valuables in a locker.
Easy to book, everything always works out perfectly ☺️👍🏽 Cleanliness is also excellent. However, it's best to always bring exactly €4 for the rackets, as card payments don't always work. Sometimes it simply doesn't work, and sometimes there are no rackets available in the rental boxes that accept card payments. Otherwise, it's great ☺️
