The online store has a good selection of products, but be careful with some of the prices... The delivery service is terrible, and if you call them, they have no idea where your package is. You're the one who has to contact the shipping company and go pick it up. They don't deliver it to your house; they just say you weren't home and that's it.

I was in the Linz store at the end of November to buy the Slinger ball machine for €999. I was told that, for some reason, I could only order the machine online. A bit unusual, but whatever. So I ordered the machine online on December 1st, 2024. Today is December 20th, 2024. The website advertises fast delivery... On December 15th, 2024, I sent an email asking where the machine was. To this day, I haven't received a reply to my email, except that an "expert" will look into it. On the phone, I was told that the machine might be shipped on December 19th or 20th, 2024. Which, of course, hasn't happened because the order status is still "in progress." I'm curious whether I'll receive the machine this year, or even if I can return it, since they advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee. This was my first time ordering from them, and it will definitely be my last.
