Y-Padel brought padel to Ieper in 2022 and has grown into one of West Flanders' most visible community clubs, with more than 250 members playing on four outdoor courts at Augustijnenstraat 35. The brand leans into padel's social side — easy to learn, impossible to master, ideal for friends, families and colleagues — and backs that with structured coaching from How to Padel and Start to Padel through Improve and private lessons. Coaches Milan, Thomas, Flore, Guillermo, Christophe and Xavier cover levels from beginner to P1000 on the federation scale. The club runs Highlight crossover tournaments with tennis, stages in Calpe, and a busy events calendar. For Ypres locals and visitors exploring the memorial city, Y-Padel is the dedicated padel address with a modern app-first booking culture tied into Tennis en Padel Vlaanderen.
Facilities
Annual membership from 1 October: €275. Summer membership from 1 March: €215. Mid-year joiners get pro-rata pricing via Tennis en Padel Vlaanderen. Punch cards: 15 sessions €130, 25 sessions €200. Non-members pay €40 per court at peak (weekdays after 5.30pm and weekend mornings before 1pm) or €32 off-peak (weekday daytime and weekend afternoons) — prices are per court, not per person, on the public tariff table. Register as a guest on Tennis Vlaanderen to book without membership. Twenty-five percent discount for under-23s and 65+. Coaching courses and private lessons book separately.
