Membership & Pricing

The Royal Baudouin Tennis and Padel Club — known locally as "le Baudouin" — is a private members club in a wooded pocket of Liège, five minutes from the city centre at Rue Hubert Goffin. Founded in 1947 and relocated to its current green enclave beside the Ans–Liège motorway in 1969, it pairs eight outdoor tennis courts (renovated to Top Clay in 2024) with two outdoor padel courts added in partnership with GO4PADEL in 2016 and 2019. The setting is unusually peaceful for an urban club: roughly 1,800 trees planted in the 1970s hide the former mining landscape. Members play tennis and padel by day, then gather on the terrace at the Bar du Baudouin for brasserie-style meals. The club runs a full social calendar — surprise Wednesday mix-ins, the legendary 12-hour tennis and padel marathon, summer racket camps — and positions itself as one of Liège's established racket addresses rather than a casual pay-and-play centre.

Catastrophic. We booked online for an 8 pm session. We paid online directly. No information was provided… We arrived: the doors were wide open, but the place was completely empty. After an hour trying to figure out how it worked (just turning on the lights, basically), we gave up and went home. The next day, we found out it had been closed for over a month?! "Oh yeah, that's normal, we've been closed since October." Why don't you at least mention it on your booking website? Or lock the place up and put up a notice—that's the bare minimum! What a lack of professionalism! Thanks for wasting our time.

Great welcome and very quiet place. Especially a super friendly bartender named Natacha who offered a free grenadine to athletes. I recommend it. #natachasupersympa

A magnificent sports club in a verdant setting. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. A dynamic team dedicated to its members and their companions. The food is every bit as good as any brasserie. Thank you, Mr. President.
