C5 Stadium is France's largest padel complex — a fully indoor hall in Bastia's ZAE Erbajolo with up to sixteen panoramic courts under one roof (the club converted away from futsal to padel-only). It hosts regional and national tournaments including P1000 events and runs a padel school. The on-site brasserie and bar make it as much a social venue as a sports centre.
Facilities
Court hire is priced per 90-minute session for the whole court: 50 euros off-peak (weekdays 9am–4pm) or 60 euros peak (weekdays 4–11pm; weekends and holidays 9am–10pm). Pay-and-play — no membership required for casual booking.

Good overall, but expensive for what you get! The cashier, wearing an unpleasant hat, felt entitled to criticize... even though all you had to do was take your money! It's a shame for the place's image.
We took a padel lesson with Lucas, a group of four. He's a fantastic instructor, very patient and skilled with both adults and children! We highly recommend him! He's the best! We'll definitely be back! Thank you for your professionalism and the great atmosphere! Manon, Nathan, Damien, and Amandine
Very good. Excellent food, a bit too noisy. A crucial lack of space (terrace or raised platform) to sit down and eat, or at least have a drink while watching the game.
Très très agréablement surprise par cette brasserie au pied de mon centre de formation. Les plats sont originaux (merciii de proposer du Quinoa, ça change !), copieux, très beaux et le service est impeccable. Un sans faute pour toute l'équipe, service & cuisine
