Membership & Pricing

Sporting Vichy Tennis Padel is a landmark racket complex on the banks of the Lac d'Allier at Bellerive-sur-Allier, reborn in 2025 after a major renovation led by Vichy Communauté with the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes league and FFT. Tennis roots here stretch to 1923 and the Galéa junior Davis Cup era; today the 3.5-hectare site is also France's national padel training centre and a regional league hub. Twelve homologated padel courts — six in a dedicated 2,055 m² indoor hall and six floodlit outdoor tracks along the river — sit beside thirteen tennis courts in a setting that targets elite juniors, regional competitors and public pay-and-play alike.

Facilities

Court hire open to licensed and non-licensed players through Ten'Up and Anybuddy, with hourly slots and membership formulas via the FFT platform. National padel training centre programmes for elite young players. Regional league centre activities for affiliated clubs. Tennis and padel schools, courses and tournament calendar run through the Sporting and Ligue Auvergne Rhône-Alpes network.

The facilities/infrastructure are really great 👍 (well done!) but the prices are too high. Individual adult membership 🤔? Student/child memberships are unaffordable ☹️ (the price difference compared to an adult membership is ridiculous). There are very few discounts for couples, and no family offer… The prices are supposedly due to a share of over €300 paid on each membership to a third party (federation? league? others…???). Something to look into? Under the current circumstances, other alternatives (within the metropolitan area) should be considered; it's a shame.

A bar located on the banks of the Allier River: beautiful setting, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I recommend stopping there for a refreshing drink during your walk around the lake.

We had dinner there last week and I found the quality of the food and service wasn't the same as in March 2023, when I was very impressed by the quality of the homemade dishes and the professionalism of the waiters/managers. It's a shame... the place is splendid and deserves good food. Julien Meunier's dessert saved the meal.

A 25-minute wait for two glasses of Champagne, poor service, we didn't even bother to order.

The premises have been beautifully renovated; the pool and its surroundings are very pleasant, although I do miss the old, larger pool. The food is excellent, and the staff are friendly and professional. One drawback, however, is that the soap and toilet paper aren't always replenished, and there's a lack of mirrors in the restrooms. I recommend this peaceful, shaded spot.
