Le 3F is a 2,500 m² indoor multi-sport centre in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, between Laval and Angers in the Pays de la Loire. Padel sits alongside two five-a-side football pitches, three squash courts, one badminton court and an indoor golf simulator under one roof. The venue targets friends, families, stag and hen parties and local companies looking for team-building without travelling to a big city. Managers get praise for a friendly post-match atmosphere at the bar, and regulars play padel and squash weekly. The complex can host seminars and private events in dedicated meeting space.

Reserve courts through the Le 3F website booking tab or the Resasports mobile app; call 02 43 06 56 93 for help. Padel, foot, squash and badminton each have championship listings on the site. Pay-as-you-go booking with rates on the tariffs page. Contact contact@le3f.fr for events and seminars. Hours: Monday–Tuesday 16:00–22:00; Wednesday–Friday 10:00–22:00; Saturday 09:30–18:30; Sunday closed on the website (Google lists limited Sunday morning opening).

Great place where I play padel and squash regularly. The managers are super friendly, we have a great time after matches. Just watch out for the little blond guy with the goatee 🤣😂🤣🤣. Em
Perfect place to work out in a group or on your own with a team that's always giving it their all! It's also a great place to grab a drink ;)
We went for a bachelor/bachelorette party and unfortunately someone was injured. We had to do everything ourselves, call the fire department because the venue staff didn't respond.
Honestly, I went there for a friend's birthday and it was great. We had a large room to ourselves, the food was good, but that's not the main point 😄. The court is very good and they also have padel courts, so if you want to have a little session with friends, it's perfect and affordable.
