Membership & Pricing

Sports Complex ASCA Raoul Rousselière in La Chapelle-Saint-Aubin, just north of Le Mans in Sarthe, is the municipal sports hub where ASCA Tennis & Padel runs racket sports for the commune. The tennis section has been active since 1981; padel arrived in 2019 and sits in a dedicated covered building delivered in 2020 next to the existing tennis hall. Two semi-covered padel courts share the site with indoor and outdoor tennis, football pitches, volleyball, basketball, boules, and a large omnisports hall used by the wider ASCA multi-sport association. Play is year-round under the FFT Ten'Up club listing AS Chapelle St Aubin. The setting is a quiet suburban sports campus rather than a commercial padel centre—useful if you want club coaching, team competition, and casual court hire without driving into central Le Mans.

Facilities

Court access runs through ASCA Tennis & Padel on the FFT Ten'Up platform (club AS Chapelle St Aubin). Annual and six-month padel subscriptions cover peak and off-peak booking rights—typically one simultaneous peak booking midweek evenings and more flexible off-peak slots. Ticket books and single tickets let members and guests book 1h30 sessions, with guest mixes priced differently (for example unit tickets around €9, four-ticket books around €30, and guest-heavy 1h30 hire around €36 when no subscriber is on the booking). Non-members can also hire a court hourly via Ten'Up; published guest rates have been about €24 for one hour and €35 for 1h30 per court. Group padel coaching is sold in seasonal 10-lesson packs for adults (Saturday mornings) and juniors (Wednesday afternoons) in autumn and spring. Tennis membership packs, youth schools, and competitions sit alongside padel for players who want both sports. Pre-registration and payment go through Ten'Up; the club validates memberships before they activate.

A very nice multi-sports complex. Easy access, plenty of parking. Reserved spaces for people with disabilities and wheelchair access. The hall is bright, well-maintained, and the facilities are in perfect condition. There's a relaxation area at the entrance for refreshments after competitions. In addition, there are tennis and padel courts and outdoor fields. A very nice sports complex.

A very good sports complex, a good basketball club. The complex is large and well-designed. There are some good basketball teams. The elevated seating makes it easier to see the game. One small drawback is the scoreboard, which isn't great.

A beautiful, innovative complex, soon to include two paddle tennis courts. A lovely gymnasium and a beautiful stadium. A great investment for La Chapelle-Saint-Aubin.
