Fantastic experience! The courts are top-notch, the atmosphere is amazing, and the organization is impeccable. I had a completely unacceptable experience with 4PADEL in Marville La Courneuve. I had booked an outdoor court (€19.50) for a 9 pm slot. Due to bad weather, I called to let them know I couldn't come. They told me I was the only one who had booked an outdoor court, that no one else was using the outdoor courts, and therefore my absence wasn't inconveniencing anyone. Despite this, two days later, I discovered that I had been charged for the entire court, €19.50 x 4, even though I had specifically informed them that I wouldn't be coming and no other players were affected. They didn't incur any losses, but they still charged me the maximum amount. When I called back to find out why, I received a curt response, without listening to the facts and with no intention of finding a solution.
A very nice sports center, well-organized in terms of courts and equipment. The indoor padel courts were a bit cold, but playable. The video recording technology for the match was really cool. Thanks and see you next time!
