The center is great with indoor and outdoor courts, and the changing rooms are always very clean. The staff are friendly, and there's a terrace area to relax on after a good match!

I want to emphasize the superb welcome we received at this center. All the staff are extremely kind and competent; you can tell they are truly passionate and work with a genuine sense of care. The cleanliness is impeccable, the pitches are fantastic and in superb condition, and the club as a whole is very well-maintained and beautiful. Thanks again to the entire team; this is definitely my favorite center in the Île-de-France region after having tried almost all of them. I highly recommend it!

UPDATE: Following my initial feedback, the manager finally offered us a new time slot after we presented a medical certificate. While the initial situation was frustrating and gave the impression of inflexibility in customer service, I want to emphasize that the problem was resolved professionally. The facilities remain of very high quality, and the fact that we were able to find a solution demonstrates a willingness to listen and understand. Thank you to the manager for this gesture, which clearly changes our perception of the establishment. We had booked a court today, but one of our players had an accident, so we were unable to play. The person on the phone was friendly and tried to find us replacements, and we also acted in good faith by searching for players on the WhatsApp group and directly by phone. Despite this, no other solution was offered. It was also impossible to speak directly with a manager, who refused any compensation (neither a refund, even partial, nor rescheduling the booking). It's a real shame because the facilities looked great, but the customer service is too rigid and leaves a bad impression and a feeling of frustration. By comparison, the competition in Saint-Denis (Casa Padel) is much more understanding in these kinds of situations. When launching a business, a minimum of flexibility is essential for building customer loyalty.

Super centre j’y vais régulièrement et tout est toujours aux petits soins. Le centre est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très cool, très professionnel et l’ambiance entre joueurs est bonne enfant. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Hello everyone, I rarely leave negative reviews, but I have to after my unfortunate experience tonight! I've played padel at several centers throughout the Paris region. I play wherever I can find available time slots because we organize matches at the last minute. So, we searched online and found 4Padel St Denis. Why not?! It's near our house. We like to arrive 20 minutes before the start of the match to warm up and be ready. The problem is that the center's entrance doesn't match the address listed online 🤦‍♂️. So, I called the center and got someone who told me: "It's on the other side of town on such-and-such street, and you have to walk! It's normal to get lost! It's like that for all first times!!!!" I wandered around for 20 minutes and called three times before finally finding the entrance! Nothing was indicated. I alerted my three other friends and waited for them somewhere so I could give them directions! We arrived 10 minutes after our reservation time, and I explained to the manager that this wasn't normal, that we'd already lost 10 minutes of play, and I told him you were going to offer some kind of compensation! And he told us, "You'll know how to come back next time!!" And he told us that when we got to the courts, we were going to be surprised by the quality of the courts 🤦‍♂️. It was simple: it was 1000 degrees Celsius!!! After 4 minutes of playing, we were drenched in sweat! It felt like we were in Asia with 90% humidity!! Impossible to play!! But we stayed. It was unbearable!! The worst part was that the center closed at 11:30 PM sharp! So, we couldn't fully enjoy our time slot. And then, in a joking tone, I asked the manager if he planned to offer us a discount due to the wrong address and especially the heat caused by the motors of the Olympic swimming pool, since the courts are right above it! He replied, "You should have come yesterday for the discount!" In short, I've never seen a manager with so little customer service tact! The site is unplayable because of the heat! And the manager doesn't care about your opinion at all! Oh yes, I forgot, you can't pay on-site 🤦‍♂️. You have to pay via the online link. In short, avoid this place! Especially at that price! I'll never go back. On top of that, the manager told us, "Whether we come or not, it'll always be full!" Good luck with that! You don't deserve my money! Know that we were all upset, and I hope this helps others avoid the same experience we did! We were our guinea pigs 🤦‍♂️
