Tennis Club de Lagnieu sits in a leafy sports park beside a pond on the Allée des Sports, a few minutes from the Ain town centre. Padel arrived in 2020 when the club added two outdoor lit courts with municipal support, then covered them in 2024 with removable roofs so play continues through rain and winter. That upgrade helped Lagnieu become a padel reference in the department, with club members winning Ain senior championship titles. The wider site has a clubhouse opening onto covered tennis courts, resin outdoor tennis, a terrace and parking, giving padel a proper club-house setting rather than a bolt-on cage at the car park edge. The atmosphere is convivial and community-led, with Sport Fluo nights, seasonal tournaments and a membership that mixes lifelong tennis families with newer padel converts.
Facilities
Padel memberships include a Padel only FFT licence package with court and lighting access, or a Padel plus add-on for existing tennis members. Non-members can rent courts year-round through Ten'Up without a subscription, currently around twenty euros per hour including floodlights. Guest ticket booklets are sold to padel members who want to bring friends. Hourly booking, competition entries and product purchases all run through the FFT Ten'Up portal. The club is developing a padel school now that the covered courts allow regular coaching in all seasons.

Always clean padel courts with a view of a park. The feeling of playing in the great outdoors is fantastic! The roof allows you to play in any weather. Booking is very easy via Tennup.

A tennis club in the middle of a large park, we love the setting and the peace and quiet. 4 outdoor resin courts, 2 indoor courts, and 2 padel courts. A spacious clubhouse, and you'll receive a warm welcome. It's the club's annual open tournament, so it's a blast!
