Tennis Club de Melun sits on the banks of the Seine, next to the Laure Manaudou pool and the town football stadium — a riverside sports hub in Seine-et-Marne that has been running since 1926. Padel arrived in force in March 2024 with four panoramic semi-covered courts on World Padel Tour-spec artificial turf, giving Melun a proper competition-grade surface without travelling into Paris. The club already had a strong tennis identity — eleven courts across clay, porous concrete and indoor resin, plus a rare beach-tennis site with four sand courts — and padel slots neatly into that mix. Around eight hundred members keep the place busy; the padel section runs its own WhatsApp group, stages for beginners and intermediates, coached women's doubles, P25/P50 tournaments and a padel league. Court booking moved to Playtomic in early 2025, while the club's own tcmembers app still covers news and tennis-side reservations.
Facilities
Padel membership costs €149 per year via Playtomic or at the club desk: five wallet hours included, booking up to 21 days ahead (non-members 14), cancellation within 24 hours, off-peak courts at €6 and peak at €7 versus €7.50/€9.50 for visitors. Members get cheaper tournaments (€20 vs €25), animations (€15 vs €20) and masterclasses (€20 vs €25), gym access, priority on league and test sessions, 10% off at Tennis Compagnie and referral wallet credit. A €450 annual add-on allows unlimited off-peak play Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00. Boost Padel 100 wallet top-ups give 10% bonus credit.

Good facilities and beautiful setting but management is behind the times, office meeting on September 25 to form the tennis groups. Thank you for the family life or for doing another activity. A broom or seriousness is required.
A top-notch club! The facilities are impeccable, the padel and tennis courts are very well maintained, and the atmosphere is simply fantastic. The staff is welcoming, always smiling, and professional. The coaches are passionate and skilled at teaching, whether you're a beginner or an experienced player. It's a real pleasure to play there every week! I recommend it 100%! 🎾🔥
