Membership & Pricing

Dijon Padel operates at the Norges Country Club in the forest edge village of Norges-la-Ville, billed as the first indoor padel complex in Burgundy. The padel wing grew in stages from 2017: three doubles and one singles court first, two more doubles in 2021, then two further doubles in May 2023. Today you get six indoor doubles lanes and one dedicated singles court, all under the same roof as badminton, fitness, a kids’ play room and the wider country-club estate. The tone is family-friendly and multi-sport — golf and pool are steps away — rather than a padel-only warehouse.

Facilities

Book online via dijon-padel.com or the club app; phone 03 80 35 76 63. Doubles slots run 90 minutes, singles 60 minutes. Off-peak play starts at CHF 11 per person (doubles) or CHF 11 (singles); peak rises to CHF 14.50 / CHF 13 with student tiers below. Racket hire CHF 5. FFT padel licence CHF 26 adults / CHF 22 juniors (Sept–Aug season). Youth schools cover tennis, padel and golf, plus a multi-activity programme. Tournaments, ladder play and beginner events run through the season.

I have a quick question. I'd like to sign up for padel, but is there a license required? Are there lessons? And if so, how much does it cost? Thanks.

(Regarding badminton): On the positive side: The staff is friendly and the prices are very attractive, especially during off-peak hours. There are also student discounts, although that doesn't apply to me personally anymore. As for the courts, unfortunately, they are not up to standard at all. The lines are much too thick, with traces of the old lines still visible. The courts are also extremely dirty, with a layer of dust everywhere. This makes the surface very slippery, which is dangerous. It seems like the courts have been neglected. It would be really beneficial to renovate and clean them regularly. Furthermore, the walls are very close to the courts, which is both inconvenient and dangerous. If you're simply looking to play at an affordable price without worrying about the condition of the courts, this place might be suitable. Otherwise, it would be better to look elsewhere.
