Padel/Squash Dijon/Quetigny

First session at the Quetigny Padel court this week, and I think the customer experience needs to be reviewed and adapted for players. 1/ When booking, the digital payment is a single transaction for the entire group. There's no way to split the bill (which leads to refunds within the group afterward...). 2/ The complex is new, the courts are large, but the white wall less than a meter from the fence obstructs the view with the lighting when the ball hits the side wall. 3/ Indeed, the lights that turn on and off precisely at the time of booking spoil the experience. A little more leeway could be granted (not to mention allowing a 30-minute extension, but still!). 4/ Our session ended at 9:30 PM. I received a call at 11:06 PM (no answer, so a voicemail), in a rather salesy tone, asking if our group had left with a loaner racket. "I haven't checked the cameras yet. I'm calling ahead because there were three reservations tonight, so if it's not you, don't call me back." I think it would be wise to check the cameras before bothering people after 11 PM... All this only to be called back the next morning because: "I haven't had time to check the cameras yet"... ??? Spoiler alert: it wasn't us 😅 In short, for a new establishment, we expect much better!

The court is new and the facilities are generally of good quality. However, several points require review. First, ball bounces are inconsistent, particularly around the edges of the glass and in the corners, which hinders the consistency of play. This is particularly regrettable on a new court, where a certain level of finish is expected. Furthermore, the automatic lighting system, strictly based on reservation times, clearly needs improvement. It doesn't allow for warm-ups a few minutes before a session, nor does it allow for slightly longer sessions, even when the courts are unoccupied. This creates a rather rigid user experience that is poorly adapted to the reality of padel playing. That being said, the lighting technology itself is of very good quality, providing excellent visibility during play.

A great discovery! The center is modern, clean, and very well organized. Booking is super easy; everything is done online, and the self-service system works perfectly. You arrive, play, and enjoy. The courts are impeccable, the equipment is available on site, the changing rooms and showers are very clean, and the flexible hours allow you to come whenever you want. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, whether you're playing with friends or for a real workout. A real pleasure every time you visit! 👌 I 100% recommend it!

Une superbe découverte, tant pour l’activité du karting, que du paddle. Les locaux sont modernes et très propre. Il est très agréable d’y venir. L’activité du paddle est 100% autonome ce qui est vraiment pratique. De très bons moments passés et à venir 🙂

Great place to play Padel in Dijon! The complex is clean and everything is well thought out, no complaints. Renting rackets is easy and we bought the balls from the vending machine. Great first experience!
