Padel du Plateau is a fully automated indoor padel club on Rue du Stade in Rocroi, in the French Ardennes close to the Belgian border. Opened in 2025 under manager Florent Maquart, it was built as a modern, unmanned venue from day one — players book, pay and enter via the Sport-Finder app and a QR-code door system integrated with Dinec lighting and access control. The club brought padel to a rural corner of Grand Est where the nearest alternatives are a drive away; local press reported more than 300 registered players within weeks of launch. Google reviewers describe brand-new courts and a welcoming manager, reflecting a club designed for self-service play rather than a staffed reception desk.
Facilities
The centre is open daily from 08:00 to 23:00 (Google listings show extended morning and late-night access). All reservations run through Sport-Finder at sport-finder.com/fr/center/padel-du-plateau — register, pick a court, pay online (including split payment between four players) and receive your entry QR code.
