This opinion is based on a completely factual element. When a colleague says to a 13-year-old child who has come to have fun at a friend's birthday party, "you're a lazybones," I don't find that very nice.

Hello, I came to play last week. The courts are nice to play on, but the staff lacks professionalism. I wish you continued improvement.

There's still a lot of work to do before we can properly welcome the players, but the center will be great once it's actually finished.
