Le F is a multi-activity leisure complex in the Plaisance business park at Saint-Sauveur-des-Landes, minutes from the A84 motorway and Fougères in Ille-et-Vilaine. Co-managers Baptiste Brard and Antoine Delaunay opened the venue in late 2024 as a place to play and socialise—padel, five-a-side soccer, fun climbing, quiz room, darts and sports TV in a 200-seat club-house. Google reviewers highlight brand-new facilities, family birthdays on the climbing walls and post-match pizzas with draught beer. Julien and the team get praise for welcoming explanations at events. The name nods to five-a-side, four padel players, fun climbing and Fougères.

It's such a blessing to have this lovely establishment so close to home and right next to the A84 motorway. Thanks to Julien for all his explanations. A place to enjoy with family, friends, or colleagues. Definitely one to watch! 😍
We booked my daughter's birthday party at Fun Climbing in the F Complex and it was fantastic! The children loved climbing! The facilities are top-notch, everything is brand new, and the staff is wonderful. A big thumbs up!
First and foremost, it's a place where you can play various sports; it's a padel court. Last night was the F's first anniversary, and I was invited. I was able to visit the facility, which seems to live up to its advertised standards. The staff is attentive and very welcoming. I'll definitely be back to play a sport.
The venue, which was used for an SBK dance party, has a bar where you can order drinks; this is especially welcome after several dances, particularly when the atmosphere is so lively and the space is packed. One of its advantages is its easy access from the motorway exit, making it quick and easy to get there.
Lunch with my two little ones before heading out to climb. Snack menus, excellent value for money. Top-notch service. We'll definitely be back!
