Can Padel

First and last time... We made our very first reservation at your padel center via your online platform, which went smoothly. We received the confirmation email, confirming the validity of our slot. However, upon our arrival at the scheduled date and time, the manager informed us that no reservation in our name had been recorded, and that the court had been assigned to another group. We were simply given an apology, without any other solution or goodwill gesture, despite the fact that the error was clearly yours. This is regrettable, especially since the same situation also occurred to another group of four people at the same time. You have thus lost four new players who could have become regular customers. A disappointing first experience, which will also remain your last.

We booked online and received a confirmation email. However, upon arrival, there were four teams on only two pitches. No commercial gesture or solution was offered, even though the error was the center's fault. Very disappointing; this will be our last visit.

Nice little well-maintained complex, where everything is done to practice padel in complete serenity, the welcome is friendly, the reservation is easy. We had a pleasant time. Thank you ✌️

When I arrived, no one was there. We called several times and got no answer. Three hours later, I received a very unpleasant message asking why I wasn't there. I recommend it to people who want to waste their time. Forever👋🏼
