Le Smile is a 3,000 square metre multisport complex in Sautron, on the western edge of the Nantes metropolitan area. Formerly known as Le FIVE INDOOR de Sautron, the site has been fully renovated into a padel and foot5 destination set in a wooded setting off Route de Brimberne. The venue targets groups looking for sport, team building, and after-work social time rather than a traditional members club. Three new padel courts with latest-generation synthetic surfaces are marketed as among the most modern in the Nantes area, alongside three foot5 pitches and a refurbished clubhouse with bar, terrace, and large TV screens for live sport. Birthday parties, EVG and EVJF events, and corporate Olympiades round out an offer aimed at casual players and companies as much as regular leagues.
Facilities
Le Smile operates on open court rental rather than a classic tennis-club membership model. Players book padel slots online for groups of four, with extended opening hours from 10:00 to 23:30 Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 Saturday, and 10:00 to 18:00 Sunday. Companies can book Olympiades packages mixing sport and team games, and the centre organises children's birthdays and stag or hen parties. Leagues are listed on the site for regular foot5 and padel play. Gift vouchers and corporate after-work events are part of the commercial offer, making it easy to try padel without a long-term commitment.

Great place for having a Happy Birthday party for boys; but a little expensive for more than 10 invites

For our son's 9th birthday, we booked a slot from 4 pm to 6 pm on a Sunday. Twelve lively boys played well. The indoor football pitch is great, very well maintained. I had provided paper plates, napkins, and the birthday cake 🎂. Don't forget the candle and your lighter! A small first-aid kit with disinfectant, compresses, and arnica is also very useful. The staff are very attentive, kind, and friendly. There's a large parking lot. I highly recommend it.

It's really great that they added Padel. But the lighting needs to be improved! It's very difficult to see. Also, try letting the ball skim along the ground and painting the area around the courts (we can't see the ball).
