Decent place for padel. Not the best but from what we saw it really doesn’t deserve all the 1 star reviews. Staff are nice and courts (we played in the outdoor ones) are good.
What more can be said than all the scathing reviews that attest to the mediocrity of this center? Semi-outdoor courts 1 and 2 are unplayable the second it rains. Indoor courts 3 and 4 suffer from unpredictable bounces, humidity, dirty glass, a surface that's starting to tear, and a ceiling with a ton of water that could collapse on the players at any moment (what is the safety commission doing about this?). No maintenance is done on these four courts. The locker rooms and restrooms are, in my opinion, regularly unsanitary. And what about the staff...? I think a career change to a job where you work alone without customer contact would be a good idea. During my last visit, the unplayable courts forced the establishment to issue a refund. It would have been more gracious to ask them to rip off an arm. Shall we talk about that experience two weeks ago when I booked an evening slot and a group of four young people came to play FOOTBALL on the next pitch, yelling and hurling insults at each other for an hour and a half? It was so pleasant not even being able to hear my partner speak. Next time, I'll play Padel in the middle of a football stadium on a Champions League night; it will certainly be less noisy. So, I won't even mention the center's popularity. Conclusion: When you're paying between 15 and 18 euros per person two to three times a week and you get this kind of service, it shouldn't be surprising if bankruptcy looms. 4-Padel France should be worried about the image and publicity this center is generating. Like many, indeed all the padel players at this center, I eagerly await new projects so I can quickly forget this establishment, which prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. One last thing: padel courts in Switzerland offer a single rate of CHF 10 for outdoor courts and CHF 15 for indoor courts.
The 4Padel complex is very disappointing. Luckily, I'm not paying full price to play on poorly maintained courts: broken glass, inadequate lighting, and water leaks that make the courts slippery and therefore dangerous. I've witnessed the rapid deterioration of the complex during several tournaments since November 2025. At this rate, the courts will be unplayable by spring 2026. In any case, I'm done registering for tournaments at 4Padel Annemasse.
A very bad experience with this establishment; if I could give zero stars, I would. I will not be returning. I came on Saturday, September 20th with my friends for a game of padel from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. I had already paid for my spot online. However, upon arrival, an employee told me that my reservation had not been processed. I therefore had to pay €13.50 on the spot to be able to play. The next day, I discovered an additional charge of €54, without any explanation. I immediately reported the problem to the establishment. Since September 21st, they have been promising me a refund… which I have never received. I spent the entire following week calling the establishment. Each time, I was told that "the refund would be processed that day." However, nothing happened. Finally, I got in touch with someone who initiated the online refund, but when I requested a refund to my bank account, I was told it "takes time." After insisting, the person confirmed it had been processed, and I even received an email stating I would be refunded within 48 hours. However, a few days later, having still received nothing, I wrote to the company again. I was then informed that the transfer "had only just been made." Today is October 2nd, and I still have nothing in my account. As a result, I paid twice and, several weeks later, I'm still waiting for my refund. For a simple mistake on their part, I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I want to emphasize the staff's attitude, which completely downplays the situation, as if this amount were nothing in the current economic climate. For me, it's a significant sum, and I find it outrageous to treat customers with such nonchalance.
If any Padel club deserves shame, it's yours, you should know that (though I imagine you're already aware of this given the numerous negative comments). The court is unplayable, waterlogged! There's a serious risk of injury and falls; it's unacceptable, and the safety of your players is at stake. So far, no one has been injured (thankfully!), but I can only imagine the day someone does, files a complaint against you, and you face sanctions. Perhaps then you'll realize the gravity of the situation! In the meantime, your saccharine politeness in response to each of our comments is completely useless. A word to the wise.
