Five doubles and two singles lanes use panoramic FFT-homologated surfaces, with lounge areas between matches and an Italian restaurant plus café on the wider Sportivo campus. The Padelon chain runs After Work, Ladies and Kids formats, free taster sessions and WhatsApp groups split by level. Courts book exclusively through Playtomic with 24/7 access when reserved.

It's actually a really cool hall; we like coming here quite often, but we hadn't been for a while due to illness. Now, a new court (number 6) could be booked in the app for the same price as the others. It's located upstairs behind the counter. Aside from the fact that the court is still under construction, it was extremely hot today, around 30 degrees Celsius. Air conditioning units are installed, and we asked the lady to turn them on. She said she'd already asked the manager (because someone had complained earlier), but she wasn't allowed to turn the air conditioning on. She'd already tried opening the window, but her key didn't fit. The truly ridiculous thing was that there was a sign on that very window that read, "Please do not open the window, air conditioning in operation." 😂 After about an hour, she must have taken pity on us and plugged in a standing fan. ... I'd like to reiterate that we paid the full and identical price as for the air-conditioned pitches downstairs, and nowhere in the app during the booking process is it indicated that the pitch is a construction site (also lacking benches and hooks) and that while air conditioning is present, it isn't switched on even when the outside temperature is 30 degrees Celsius. This is definitely not what customer service should look like.
What a cool hall! We recently went to Padelon in Heilbronn for the first time and it was a blast. The courts are impeccably maintained, the flooring is fantastic, and everything feels very modern and new. The code access worked flawlessly – really convenient, being able to jump right in. The changing rooms were clean too, which is always important to me. I'm only deducting one star because of the prices. It's quite expensive, especially during peak hours, but considering the quality of the facility, it's okay overall. We'll definitely be back!
The extensive leisure infrastructure of the Padelon facility in Heilbronn stands as a prime example of highly optimized, user-centered sports and exercise architecture within the urban fabric. The acoustics and visual organization of the building are immediately impressive, boasting remarkable interior coherence, which is precisely accentuated by a cleverly designed lighting strategy – consisting of glare-free, homogeneous light axes above the court areas. The interplay of modern industrial design and the tactile quality of the chosen materials creates a vibrant, dynamic atmosphere that perfectly meets the functional demands of modern urban life. From an operational and sports-economic perspective, the facility demonstrates flawless, process-optimized guest turnover management. The booking system and equipment provision exhibit precise ergonomics, systematically eliminating any service latency. The staff's interpersonal skills remain consistently excellent, even during peak periods. Furthermore, the overall condition of the sanitary and recovery areas meets impeccable hygienic standards, adhering to the strictest regulatory requirements. The final, professorial verdict confirms Padelon Heilbronn's absolute benchmark position in the urban sports and leisure sector. The facility avoids the pitfalls of purely functional architecture through uncompromising attention to detail and a holistically conceived experiential economy, where structural order, logistical efficiency, and athletic functionality seamlessly integrate.
Booked at 00:30 and traveled a long way. Unfortunately, there was no light and no way to contact anyone. Incredibly frustrating.
Very large hall with several courts. Good coaches and a wide range of classes. Clean changing rooms with showers. Unfortunately, parking is difficult to find in the evenings.
