Sportivo in Heilbronn-Frankenbach is a large health and fitness centre that added padel when Padelon converted the former tennis hall in July 2023. Seven indoor courts — five doubles and two singles — share the building with EGYM strength zones, wellness, rehasport and course studios, so you can pair a match with sauna time. Lounge areas overlook the panorama courts, and the campus includes a café, Italian restaurant and Korean restaurant. The operator runs Ladies Padel, After Work slots, German Padel Series events and free taster sessions for newcomers.

Courts via Playtomic only. Off-peak (Mon–Fri 07:00–17:00, Sat–Sun 20:00–23:00): double €36/h, single €24/h. Peak (Mon–Fri 17:00–22:00, Sat–Sun 09:00–20:00): double €44/h, single €28/h. Night owl (23:00–06:00): double €24/h, single €12/h. Courses from €15/person; Ladies intro €10. Student and over-60 discounts 20% off-peak. Tennis subscription available via Sportivo for reduced court rates.

I cancelled my membership due to moving because it wasn't worth it to drive 44 km to the gym three times a week and 44 km back home. My cancellation and early termination of the gym contract were not accepted. I have a gym just around the corner from me, 3 km away, with an even wider selection of equipment, which is much more beneficial. But again, my cancellation was not accepted. Now I unfortunately have to pay for two gyms. I'm still paying for my membership at Sportivo, even though I can no longer train there because of the distance; it's not worth it and makes no sense for me to train there anymore. I will return my membership wristband after Pentecost and continue training at my new gym in Winnenden, which is just around the corner from me.
The gym itself and some of the staff are actually quite alright. However, the air conditioning has practically never worked for over two years – instead, they just open the windows every now and then. The management, on the other hand, is very unfriendly and shows absolutely no goodwill. I'm moving over 50 km away, but nobody there cares – they still expect me to keep paying. My wife's contract was just as questionable: it was supposed to be for six months, but they still debited €89 six times. We canceled at the beginning of May, and then suddenly they said we had to pay until mid-July. How do they even calculate things there? It seems more like they're just making up numbers. You can also tell that fewer and fewer new members are joining. It's mainly just locals who train there now, people who don't want to travel far from Frankenbach. Compared to the competition, the gym is significantly overpriced. And what's been written about the padel courts is unfortunately true as well: some of the rackets are half broken and barely usable. You constantly have to go back and ask for a different racket. ... I definitely cannot recommend this studio to new members. The many negative reviews here are completely understandable.
