Acqui Sporting Club is a padel and beach-volleyball centre on Via Po in Acqui Terme, in the Alessandria province of Piedmont. The site focuses on two fast-growing racket and sand sports rather than traditional tennis: three padel arenas, two covered and one open-air, plus a dedicated beach-volleyball court set in greenery with views toward the historic town centre. A new clubhouse seats around forty people and opens onto a panoramic terrace, making it a social venue as much as a sports one. The club organises events and promotes padel and beach volley locally, with a friendly bar where visitors can watch matches over an aperitivo.
Facilities
Book through Playtomic or call 392 575 1999 or 347 551 7807, including WhatsApp. Weekday padel runs 9am to 11pm; weekends 9am to 8pm. Member and non-member rates differ and are shown at checkout on Playtomic; the club website lists padel from around 20 euros per hour as a guide. The place is beautiful, full of greenery, and the bar often hosts events. The beach volleyball court is the best in town, and the price is competitive. I would have given it 5 stars if the price of padel hadn't skyrocketed in the last year.
Bel posto, abbiamo giocato a beach volley, ma oltre a questo ci sono dei campi di paddel e calcietto. C'è un bar accogliente con la possibilità di fare un aperitivo mentre si guardano le partite. Bello, bravi, consigliatissimo!!
Two indoor padel courts plus one outdoor one. The roof provides good coverage even in rainy weather, with some limitations in the side areas where it's a bit wetter. The staff are friendly and always on point. Affordable prices; an hour and a half of padel is €7 each.
