Really nice place and welcomed staff! My coach is Federico and he is really patient with technical teaching! Good connect with him!

The center is very nice, the courts are perfect, but it's among the most expensive in Milan, and every time I've played there, something has gone wrong. Like, if we booked a covered court, it's uncovered when we arrive, and after half an hour it starts raining, and they kick us out without refunding us. Or we get there and the court we booked is unusable, but no one bothered to let us know. The last time I played, a light bulb kept flashing... In short, it's nice, but I have to respect those who pay little.

I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case I think it's necessary. I won't comment on the quality of the facility and the courts, since this is my first (and certainly last) booking, but for any self-respecting business, customer service and respect for others should be top of mind. Spoiler alert: at this center, they don't even know what those are. I booked a tennis court on Playtomic at 11 a.m. on Sunday, waiting for a player to join the match. As a Playtomic novice, I discovered, with the Playtomic notification just before the match, that the match was confirmed even though there were no players, because, by mistake, an "open match" had been selected, not a "private match" (by the way, Playtomic's user experience is truly awful). I immediately contacted the center, about a half hour before 11:00 a.m., to explain the situation and request the cancellation of the reservation, offering to make up the time in the afternoon (since it was full of empty slots) so as not to cause them financial harm. I also went to the center for a civil discussion and to find a mutually agreed-upon solution. Moral of the story: the receptionist, showing no interest or understanding and hiding behind a "Laura says so" statement, denied me any possibility of canceling the reservation and, I repeat, making up the afternoon, inviting me to make another reservation and (pay again) if I wanted to play in the afternoon. In short, I paid €37 not to play and to be taken for a ride. Congratulations on your professionalism and service; you could have had one more satisfied and repeat customer, also interested in courses and lessons, so you'll have one less customer, but €37 more. Far-sighted.
