Pro Recco Padel Academy is a private padel centre at the head of the Valle della Nè in Recco on the Golfo Paradiso coast east of Genoa. Opened in early 2024 behind the former Focacceria Manuelina, it brought two covered padel courts to a town that already had tennis at ASD Pro Recco Tennis on Piazzale Olimpia — a separate club. The build went ahead through a municipal convention backed by mayor Carlo Gandolfo, who flagged padel's rapid growth in the area. Google reviewers like the covered, shaded courts that allow play in sun or rain, and the convenience of app booking through Replayer. The academy branding signals coaching and organised play rather than casual drop-in only.

Fun game, everyone enjoys it. The courts are covered and shaded, so you can play at any time. My friends book with an app, which is very convenient.
The women's locker rooms are run-down and very damp, with mold growing in them. Only one shower, with the risk of catching something. It seems very neglected, a shame.
I booked a pitch two weeks in advance, but the manager didn't have the booking on the day. Terrible management.
