Adhoc Life is a family-oriented health and wellness club at Quinta da Romeira in Coimbra, on the site of the former Good Fit gym. The Adhoc group positions it as more than a conventional gym: members get a large fitness floor, indoor pool, spa with sauna and Turkish bath, a café for brunches, a beauty and wellness clinic, and a Kids Club for children. Padel is a headline outdoor sport here, with six courts beside the pool that parents can use while children are in supervised activities. The club runs Les Mills group classes (RPM, Sprint, BodyPump, Grit, Sh'bam, BodyBalance), Core sessions, pilates, yoga, and a wide aquatic timetable including baby swimming. The concept targets mixed groups of friends and families rather than a premium-only or budget-only label.
Facilities
Join through Inscrições on adhocclub.pt or the Adhoc mobile app. Membership is modular: fortnightly gym and pool plans for members run roughly 30–40 euros, with non-members paying higher rates for the same services. Padel court rental, café, personal training and clinic treatments are extra, with member discounts. No day-pass structure is advertised publicly; contact info@adhocclub.pt or +351 239 244 388 (also +351 927 807 900 in opening press) to confirm current padel prices and court booking. Padel is not listed on Playtomic; book through the club directly.

Staff muito simpático, espaço e máquinas podiam ser um pouquinho melhores.
Sem dúvida o melhor Health Club que já frequentei. Inicialmente, tive algumas dúvidas por ser direcionado para as famílias. Mas, arrisquei e posso comprovar que é o espaço ideal para “Life with joy”. Diria que é um clube à frente do seu tempo. Espaço contemporâneo, profissionais altamente competentes e muito confortável (Mesmo muito). Curiosamente o segundo melhor health clube que já frequentei era exatamente no mesmo espaço, o “Good Fit”. O Primeiro Health club de Coimbra.
Dos melhores ginásios da zona de Coimbra. Toda a infraestrutura é excelente, seja ginásio, campos de padel e bar. Aconselho a visitarem
Bom spot 💪👍. Sugestão: Mesmo ao domingo, tentem ter a barraquinha ao pé dos campos com um empregado. Com os campos cheios, sabe sempre bem ir beber uma "água" 🤭, logo ali junto aos campos. Obrigado.
