77 Academy is a padel-only centre in Condeixa-a-Nova, just south of Coimbra, on Urbanização Balcões da Caneira. The club markets four panoramic outdoor courts built to a high specification: full glass end walls without metal frames, which opens up views for players and spectators. Around the courts you get green outdoor areas, private parking, a terrace bar, and flexible indoor-style spaces used for events, exhibitions and informal meetings. The project presents itself as a racket school dedicated exclusively to padel rather than a general gym.
