Dez por Vinte is a large padel hub in Santarém, Ribatejo, opened in 2025 inside the Pavilhão Padel 10 on Rua Doutor Agostinho Neto. Founder Francisco Gonçalves set out to bring a flagship padel destination to central Portugal: ten courts in total—four fully indoor on the ground floor plus six covered outdoor-style lanes under tent structures with open-air feel. The ground floor also hosts a bar-restaurant (Smash Burger gets repeat mentions), while upstairs adds an events space, gym, changing block and kids club so parents can play while children are supervised. Physiotherapy, nutrition, a wine list, pro shop, parking and spotless locker rooms round out a facility reviewers rank among Portugal's best. The brand name nods to ten courts and twenty players on court at once.

Court hire from around €8.50 per 90 minutes; league slot pricing roughly €5.50 weekday daytime and €7.50 evenings/weekends per player (PadelBox reference). Open roughly 07:30–00:00 daily. Amazing padel club. 10 courts of high quality. Most of them with exterior play. Amazing infrastructure with great taste. Top 3 in the country.
Nice restaurant
Excelentes espaços modernos com cacifos e vestuário com duches. Tem campos mais “exteriores” à base de tendas e interiores. Existe também um café com esplanada que serve várias bebidas e refeições. Atendimento 5 estrelas 👌🏻
Impecáveis. Campos de 1a. Linha. Staff atencioso, educado e bem formado. O restaurante tem uma carta bem elaborada e destaque para o Smash Burguer. Brutal. Garrafeira bem escolhida. Estacionamento, balneários, loja, ginásio, Espaço Baby, tudo muito organizado e extremamente limpo. Estão todos de Parabéns.
Local bastante agradável e confortável. Tem uma grande quantidade de campos disponíveis e de boa qualidade e um bom bar.
