Clube Padel Caldas is the first dedicated padel club in Caldas da Rainha, opened in 2024 by four local-born founders who commuted from Lisbon and saw winter gaps in west-coast court supply. Six WPT-specification courts sit in the industrial zone on Rua Pedro Nunes: five fully indoor lanes plus one covered outdoor court, all built to tournament-grade standards. The club quickly filled evening slots and built an academy around coaches Miguel Agapito, João Fiuza, Rodrigo and Miguel, with trial lessons to place newcomers at the right level. Playtomic handles bookings; Urban Sports Club members check in by phone. The vibe is social and competitive—regular tournaments, group lessons and a growing membership base that treats this as the reference padel address between Óbidos and the Silver Coast.

Book courts via Playtomic (link on clubepadelcaldas.pt) or call +351 922 242 632. Urban Sports Club members must book by phone and quote their USC number; cancel at least 12 hours ahead to avoid penalty charges. Academy trial lesson then placement with Miguel Agapito, João Fiuza or the coaching team. Drop-in lessons from around €13; monthly two-lessons-per-week packages from around €40. Grupo de 4 pessoas fizemos uma reserva com 5 dias de antecedência para garantirmos o nosso campo. Fizemos cerca de 60km de viagem e quando chegámos deparamos-nos com alguma falta de organização, a reserva foi feita telefonicamente e não constava no sistema a reserva. Não nos arranjaram nenhuma solução, nem se demostraram sensíveis tão pouco com a situação. Esperaríamos uma solução, uma vez que os erros acontecem, mas nem quiseram remarcar para outro dia, nem fizeram nada… É triste! Ao reservarem confirmem mais do que uma vez a reserva para não acontecer novamente.
