This gym is FIRE 🔥 The staff are friendly and amazingly helpful. If you don't have knowledge to use a machine just ask and they are very happy to explain how to use their state of the art machines. The gym has a great atmosphere and is very clean And I haven't even said anything about the racket courts. If I lived here this would be my choice of gym by far.

New location. Large workout area with state of the art equipment. All have video screens for tutorials on how to use. Nice for newbies that need directions on usage. Great locker room with private showers. Lap pool at warm temp (my requirement), steam room and ice shower (?) and sauna. A big plus is they have separate padel ball courts with option to hire instructor. Highly recommend both areas.

Local aconchegante, bons equipamentos, bom espaço, talvez poderia ter uma maior variedade de aparelhos, porém reconheço que implicaria um aumento nos gastos e na mensalidade dos sócios. Concluo que é um bom ginásio, recomendo a quem puder, levando em consideração os profissionais, espaço, qualidade e preço.
