Invictus Padel Academy sits on Calle Lepanto 5 in Bollullos de la Mitación, in the centre of the Aljarafe west of Seville. The club took over from the older Padelball venue and now runs four padel courts: two semi-covered enclosures with high roofs that handle lobs comfortably, plus two open-air tracks. Oscar Cardeñosa directs the academy, which players across the province know for structured lessons rather than casual knockabouts. Contact runs through Instagram or phone, with parking and garden areas around the site and an ambigú bar for the third set. Recent refurbishments brought new turf, lighting and locker rooms with four showers. Some courts use AI-assisted cameras for match replay, and weekend family tournaments keep the mood social without feeling corporate.
Facilities
Court hire and academy places are arranged by phone on +34 633 970 690 or through Instagram direct messages, because there is no full tariff site linked from directories. Former Playtomic users still mention the club in booking apps, but current prices, lesson packs and team slots are confirmed when you call or message. The school takes beginners through improvers, with many groups for social quedadas. Weekend family championships and club events fill peak slots, so booking ahead is sensible. Membership-style deals, if offered, are discussed in person rather than published online. Ask about class timetables, private lessons with Oscar Cardeñosa and casual court rental in one conversation.

They have the gate closed for the fair, and there's no signpost for the alternative entrance, which means you have to go around in circles for 15 minutes. The courts are good, even the covered ones, with good height. As I said: if you don't know the area well, the entrance is tricky. What I don't understand is, given how big the locker room is, why there are only two showers.
Yesterday we booked two courts through a booking app. When we arrived, there was nobody there (it was a holiday in Seville), but there was no information available either. We also didn't see that the courts were numbered, so we played on any two. One of the outer supports is broken; it's not just that it's in bad shape, it shouldn't be used because there's a risk of falling due to its poor condition. The other three courts (two indoor and one outdoor) were in pretty good condition. We played without lights because they didn't turn on automatically with the booking confirmation, and there was no indication that they were needed. And when night started to fall, the mosquitoes arrived, and it was awful. I'm used to playing with mosquitoes on outdoor courts at this time of year, but it was brutal; you'd be killing one and then see three more biting. In the end, we left because of the mosquitoes without even checking the playing time.
A very pleasant place to play with well-maintained courts and an even better place to have a drink!
Since switching to Invictus, the club has improved dramatically. The courts are fantastic for playing. You can tell the lighting is new and the ceilings are super high, so there's no problem with the balloons on the indoor courts. The atmosphere is like a big family, even when you don't know the people, it's great. The classes are taught by Oscar Cardeñosa using a methodology that I personally really like. These are classes in which you really end up learning game techniques. I'm sure it will continue to grow and will become a benchmark academy in the world of Seville padel.
The courts are quite good. There are two indoor courts and two outdoor courts (although one of these is more deteriorated, for example the netting). At the management level, I would improve the availability of staff, as they are not always available when needed.
