Algalia Sport runs the venue under the Piscines Santanyí Cala d'Or / Centre Esportiu Cala d'Or banner, pairing the padel courts with a swimming pool, fitness room, and group activity programme on the same site. Fitness, pool, and directed-activity memberships are sold separately through the same Algalia Sport operation if you want more than padel alone.

There are three outdoor courts, which are fine because they're public. In cold weather, there's a lot of humidity and condensation. There are no changing rooms, just two bathrooms. Showers are available at the facilities in the pavilion opposite, but on a limited basis. We went for a tournament where profiteering was key and disregarding the categories of the players. If you want to enjoy a tournament at your level, coming from a distance isn't worth it, even if you're offered an all-inclusive hotel! For a large tournament, they also use the courts at the Santanyí sports center; traveling wastes time from using the hotel, etc.
