Since I've been living in Arenal, there's been very little choice of gyms for weight training, and I found this one through social media. It's only a 7-minute drive away, and it's really spacious, everything is brand new, the equipment is new and professional, and the managers are very empathetic and friendly in both English and Spanish. They're very attentive and professional, as they're IFBB Pros! I definitely recommend it. The prices are very good, and there's also a cafeteria and a very complete restaurant!
