Last week we went to play a SNP match, and the day's definition can be summed up in one simple word: EPIC. Yes, my friends, the beating we took was epic (I'm still looking for some of the wall drops they gave us now), but the facilities are also epic: You arrive and find the same old thing: an industrial warehouse in the middle of an industrial estate that offers little except a new feel, easy parking and easy to find, everything normal, but as soon as you walk in... As soon as you walk in, the first thing that catches your eye is the ceiling, insultingly high, so high that Michael Bay could film a Transformers scene there and still have room to spare. Seriously, really high... the bar experts say they didn't make them higher for two reasons: first, because they would run the risk of developing their own microclimate and having internal rain... and second, because the balls would need a passport to fly that high. Legend has it that Sergio Ramos hit a lob on center court and fell (out) on the third day; it was a divine lob. The courts were average: good flooring, good grip, no slippery areas, and the nets and glass were spotless. One drawback... one of the courts has a slightly crooked light, making it hard to see the ball coming down. I suppose it was where Sergio's lob hit the court and moved the support, but everything was fine for the game. You play, you relax... but when you're done, you go to the locker room and... prfffffff Bathrooms with plenty of space to put things. You no longer have to fight with the paddleball player to rest your butt while trying to take off your shoes, thinking about how much you've been beaten. Everything was super clean, so much so that for a moment I thought we were in a Mister Proper commercial and the bald, strong guy from the commercial ("Mister Proper used to be, now he's called Don Limpia") was going to appear in the shower with who knows what intentions. Ahhhh, the shower! What a marvel! Wide jets like a hotel shower, a good flow of water (in keeping with the ceilings), and be careful with the water. If you turn it on too hot, it'll melt your nails. I'm not going to make any movie comparisons so as not to sound exaggerated, but in one corner there were remains of a melted Terminator. But these people have thought of everything: Did you get burned in the shower? It's okay, the beer is so cold it solves everything. Seriously, guys, I ordered a beer and when I took the first sip, I had to breathe through my mouth to unfreeze my tongue and be able to comment to the people at the bar about how cold it was... For a moment, I looked around in case a portal to the future opened or I saw some anomaly... but no, they've simply regulated the thermostat well and are thinking of our palates instead of their wallets. (Admit that you were expecting a cinematic similarity here, lol.) Little else to say, the overall atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff were always in line with the facilities: nice, friendly people... it hurts less to lose in epic fashion (although I would have preferred to have won the match, you know? Something the club could improve on 🤣). I will definitely visit again (although I hope not the result).
The Sete Pías Padel Club in Cambados is a top-notch place. The facilities are modern, comfortable, and clearly meticulously maintained, but what really makes the difference is the service. Both Sergio and José are charming, always attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. I spent a week in the area on vacation, and they treated me wonderfully. They found several matches for me during those days, all of them perfectly suited to my level, which made me really enjoy it. It's a pleasure to come and play here, not only for the courts, but also for the atmosphere they created. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to enjoy padel and feel at home.
A great club for playing padel with four panoramic courts and new turf. The courts and facilities are in excellent condition, clean, and very well maintained. The staff is very attentive and friendly, the prices are good, and booking is easy—just call them and they make it very convenient. We were on holiday in Portonovo and could reach the courts in 20 minutes, which also have a large parking area. A great experience.
Top club, new courts with Mondo flooring, cafeteria, and excellent service... the locker rooms are always spotless, everything is very clean. Personally, I think it's by far the best club in the area. For example, I play in Villagarcía and I leave the court with a lot of pain in my knee. Not at this club...
A fantastic padel center, with new and always spotless courts, very clean and comfortable changing rooms, and a great café overlooking the courts. The atmosphere is fantastic; there are always good matches. Both Jose and Sergio are always up for a friendly game. Overall, a wonderful club.
