Arousa Fitness sits in the Trabanca Badiña industrial estate in Vilagarcía de Arousa, Galicia, and shares the Arousa Sport Center campus with Arousa Pádel — the largest padel club in the Pontevedra area. The gym runs from 6:30 on weekdays with cardio and strength kit, plus directed classes such as pilates, yoga, cross-training, zumba, HIIT and sportbike. Padel happens across two sites one kilometre apart: five indoor glass courts and central reception at Trabanca (this address), and three more automated courts at Rubianes on Avenida de Pontevedra. All eight courts are indoor glass; five can open the sides for outdoor-style play. Two courts use WPT-style textured turf, six use monofilament grass. The Trabanca hub also has a café, terrace, waiting area with TV and WiFi, and a physiotherapy centre. The club organises leagues, open matches and marathons alongside adult and junior padel schools.
Facilities
Gym-only membership starts at €32.95 per month (€19.95 fortnightly). The complete gym pass with unlimited classes is €39.95 monthly. Family add-ons run €19.95–32.95 per extra member. Personal training runs from €80 per month for one weekly hour; duo training from €55. Padel flat rate combined with full gym access is €95 per month for unlimited court play. A lighter padel-plus-gym bundle is €65.95 monthly. Pay-as-you-play padel remains the default if you do not want a flat rate. Gym members get a discount on the eight-game padel bundle. I spent a few days on vacation in Vilagarcía and attended several group training sessions. Great atmosphere, very professional. When I return to Galicia, I'll definitely be back.
Perfect. From the very first day, when I was completely clueless, they dedicated time to me. They're excellent professionals, very patient, and have great people skills. The facilities are large and comfortable. Thanks to them, I'm overcoming challenges. In the end, it's like being with family. I definitely recommend them for their dedication to all of us who are going to work hard, not always with the same enthusiasm.
Sports complex with a gym, 9 padel courts, a cafeteria, etc. The facilities are impeccably maintained, and the staff is very professional and friendly. Excellent parking and a fantastic atmosphere. 100% recommended.
