Club Tennis d'Aro is a landmark Costa Brava sports club founded in 1973 in Platja d'Aro, set in landscaped grounds near the coast. It combines serious tennis heritage with a growing padel offer run alongside the Magister Tennis academy. The club hosts ITF tennis events, summer padel circuits, and seasonal camps while staying open to non-members for court hire, dining, and other services. Members get earlier booking windows and access to player-matching services. The atmosphere is polished rather than casual — visitors often describe it as iconic for the area, with professional coaching and tournament infrastructure.
Facilities
Membership is optional — the club is open to visitors who book ahead. Members reserve tennis and padel online or by phone up to 48 hours in advance; non-members can book by phone with 24 hours' notice. Court rates vary by season (contact the club for current tariffs). Padel coaching and camp information is available from the padel school on 972 19 05 33 or info@clubtennisdaro.com. Members benefit from special school rates, access to all facilities, player-matching lists, and entry into provincial and regional leagues.

Good tennis club Specially for summertime In winter is bit windy . Nice people on reception and also people who prepare clay courts , ( after a big rain in noviembre 11th and 12th The courts was in good condition for tennis Europe tournament on Saturday 13th.) 2021
Greatest Tennis/Padelclub in the area. Little bit more expensive but iconic atmosphere.
