IDM Las Margaritas is a municipal sports centre run by the Instituto Municipal de Deportes de Córdoba on Calle Poeta Emilio Prados in the Arruzafilla district northwest of the city, postcode 14011. The imdcordoba.es facility page lists padel among its outdoor offerings alongside tennis, group fitness rooms, a weights hall, sauna, tatami area, massage and osteopathy services, a cafeteria and on-site parking. Directory listings and player reviews point to two padel courts at this site, used for casual hire and municipal activity programmes rather than a private club model. The complex sits opposite the La Sierra shopping centre, which many visitors use for parking and quick access. Google feedback is mixed: players like the central location and affordable public-sport feel, while several reviews note heavy sand on the outdoor padel carpet, patchy evening lighting and phone lines that can go unanswered when trying to book.
Facilities
Court hire and municipal courses follow Instituto Municipal de Deportes tariffs published in the centre diptico on imdcordoba.es/idm-margaritas-8. Reservations are typically handled by telephone on 957 898 261 or via idmmargaritas@imdcordoba.es and gestiondirecta@imdcordoba.es; players report that calling ahead is advisable because lines are not always answered promptly. No private membership scheme applies beyond standard municipal user registration where required for classes. Padel play is pay-per-slot public hire rather than a commercial club subscription.

Ok
We wanted to reserve a padel court. They wouldn't answer the phone; Google said it was open. The Córdoba IDM told us they had no record of it being closed. Then they checked and told us it was closed for vacation and that there were a lot of signs up, which wasn't true; there weren't any signs at all.
It's located in a good area of Córdoba, with the La Sierra shopping center right across the street for parking and easy access. It gets a bit dark in the evenings.
Monumental leaks. They are well signposted, though. I hope they'll fix them.
The padel courts have a lot of sand and when you call to make a reservation they don't answer.
