The management of pool passes is deplorable. According to them, appointments for missed calls are released the next day. I've been waiting to book an appointment and nothing has appeared. They tell me that 6 appointments have "been released" for booking passes first thing in the morning, even though their website has been open since 7:30 in the morning and nothing has come up. They're giving them to their "acquaintances" from previous years.

Leaky arena. The outdoor court is like sandpaper. Players can shatter their knees if they fall. A tornado destroyed part of the facility months ago, and months have passed without it being fixed.
