Despite the tennis-focused name, the site is a regular destination for padel in the city centre: players book numbered courts alongside tennis, and visitor feedback treats padel as a core part of everyday use. As a public sports complex rather than a private club, it suits casual matches, beginners, and anyone who wants municipal prices without a private membership. The wider Luis Ocaña grounds also host pools, an athletics track, and other sports, so padel sits in a busy multipurpose venue rather than a standalone padel club.
Facilities
Court hire and other services follow Cuenca’s municipal public prices (Ordenanza Fiscal nº 45), typically cheaper than private padel clubs. Bookings are handled through IMD Deportes Online (deportesonline.cuenca.es / CronosWeb): create an account via imd.cuenca.es, or email incidenciasdeportes@cuenca.es with ID and contact details if registration fails. IMD subscribers historically collected login details in person at the sports offices; non-subscribers can register on the website. Advance booking windows are limited (often about a week), and peak weekday evenings and weekends fill quickly, so flexible timing helps. There is no padel-only private membership—access is through municipal hire and optional IMD abonos covering broader facility use.

The tennis and padel courts are great, although padel court number 4 should be fixed as it has bumps in the floor that make it difficult for the ball to bounce.
I love outdoor sports and here I can do them in the center of Cuenca.
