Tenis Arenal is a racket club in S'Arenal (Son Veri), a few minutes from Playa de Palma and about twenty minutes from Palma city, set among century-old pine trees in a quiet residential pocket. The name still says tennis first, but padel has a clear home here: four recently inaugurated outdoor doubles courts with double glass walls (10+10 mm), blue turf and LED lighting, with forest views from the playing area. Tennis remains the historic backbone—three refurbished clay courts with LED lights and covered rest benches—alongside squash, a gym, summer pool, cafeteria and year-round padel and tennis rankings. WTA player Cristina Diaz Adrover is listed as club ambassador. The club runs Pedro Díaz's tennis school since 1992 and a separate padel school with qualified coaches for children and adults.
Facilities
Courts book through the Reservas section on tenisarenal.com. Padel courts run Monday–Friday 08:00–22:00, Saturday 08:00–20:00, Sunday 08:00–14:00 (same pattern as tennis). Join the annual padel ranking at the start of each phase if you want structured match play without organising your own four. Tennis school (Pedro Díaz) and padel school accept juniors from mini-tenis age and adults in group or private formats. Played with Pedro 2x the week I was in Majorca in August 2025. I was so impressed, clay courts, great people and facilities that offer everything! Highly recommended
For Padel and staff 5 stars. Good shape courts and well maintained. Don’t judge on appearance of patio and pool. Recommend if you want to play and enjoy an excellent coffee afterwards.
