Polideportivo Municipal Requena I is the main municipal sports campus on Calle Albacete in Requena, the Utiel-Requena wine-country town west of Valencia. Two outdoor padel courts with artificial turf opened to the public in January 2020 beside tennis lanes and a frontón within the same outdoor racket zone. The wider complex includes the Pabellón Polideportivo Requena indoor hall, links to the Centro Acuático Comarcal heated pools, gym and weights rooms, an athletics track on the Pontón road, and bleachers that reviewers appreciate for watching matches. Ayuntamiento de Requena runs booking through its electronic administration portal rather than a club app. Arrive expecting municipal logistics—players report needing custodians to unlock courts and switch on lighting.

Covered heated swimming pools and gym, weight room, arobics and more. See website. Classes are offered and some teachers are proficient in English.
It is very complete and with a staff that, for being from the city council, is pleasant and considerate (this is no longer the case and they have returned to a private nature and without options to practice the sports they want for a fee, as they suggested to me this afternoon and for this reason I will inform my federation).
I liked that there were plenty of bleachers to sit in.
A great place to train, the only thing it needs is a bit more shade because when the bars get hot your hands stick to them.
A good place to play padel, but with considerable flaws. The high net that prevents balls from going out into the lane should be higher. Furthermore, a lot of reservation time is wasted trying to find the custodians to open the court or notify them to turn on the court lights. They should be aware at all times of the day's reservations so they can go and open or turn on the lights as soon as possible, or even automate them effectively, because this problem also exists on tennis courts.
